W'eau

There is sometimes some confusion on the manual, people talk about the "Boost heat" option.
However, this option is only available for the W'eau Full-inverters and not for the mini-inverters.

The error code E20 means: abnormal failure of the inverter module.
After this error code, the heat pump will give a second, more specific error code. Below is an overview of the most common error codes:

Error code E20 + 288

1. Heat pump installation is too close to a wall or obstacle. Front and/or rear.
2. The installation space where the pump is located is too small
3. The ambient temperature is too high, causing the high temperature for the IPM module.
4. A fault in the fan motor. Check if the fan motor is running in normal condition, if the fan is not running, check the fan motor wiring or try a new fan motor replacement.
