Unfortunately, we cannot put a specific deadline on this. In most cases everything depends on the delivery time of our suppliers when it comes to a product we already have in stock. From experience we speak about a period of maximum 10 days.

If it is about a new product, the delivery time may take longer as this is often in the hands of the manufacturer.

We always keep our customers informed about the delivery time anyway and stay in touch by sending regular updates by email.

As soon as your order is packed, you will automatically receive a message by e-mail with your tracking number. Parcels are picked up by the courier daily from Monday to Friday at 3 pm. If we receive your order later, it will be picked up the next day. This may mean that your tracking number will not be actively tracked until then.

Always take into account a delivery time of 2 to 3 days. If you place your order on Friday, you cannot expect it until Monday at the earliest since the courier service does not operate on Saturday and Sunday.

If you are ordering from the Netherlands, France or Germany you should also take into account Belgian legal holidays.

Don't worry, at Pool.shop you get the best service. It happens regularly that the courier services let you know that a package has been delivered but that they only make the delivery the next day. Very annoying! We ask you to be patient for one more day. If the package still has not arrived, please contact us via our contact page. We will do everything we can to help you as soon as possible!

May we ask that you already complete and forward the following document, so we can process your request faster.

That an order arrives damaged can unfortunately happen sometimes, we apologize in advance! We will do everything we can to get you out of trouble as soon as possible. Because we work with an external courier service we also need some things from you.

Please send us the following photos of the package:
- Label and warning stickers at the top
- Outer box in its entirety
- Packaging provided at the top in the box
- Photo of the damaged product in the box as well as out (if possible)
- Packaging around the product.
- Packaging on the bottom of the box.

This way, we can file a claim with the courier service in question.
