We do not have a repair service ourselves. All repairs are performed by the manufacturer, either directly or through us. Above you can find a list of each manufacturer and how to request a repair.

Please have the following documents ready before completing the form:

  • Copy proof of purchase/invoice
  • Kokido article product name
  • Item serial number
  • Description of the defect
  • Your address and phone number

A service ticket will be created after this. After they have received your complaint and the required documents/information
received, the after-sales service will handle your case.
After approval of your file, replacement parts will be sent.
NOTE: ONLY THE DEFECTIVE PART WILL BE REPLACED.
Kokido never replaces the entire unit.
