Unfortunately, we cannot put a specific deadline on this. In most cases everything depends on the delivery time of our suppliers when it comes to a product we already have in stock. From experience we speak about a period of maximum 10 days.

If it is about a new product, the delivery time may take longer as this is often in the hands of the manufacturer.

We always keep our customers informed about the delivery time anyway and stay in touch by sending regular updates by email.

As soon as your order is packed, you will automatically receive a message by e-mail with your tracking number. Parcels are picked up by the courier daily from Monday to Friday at 3 pm. If we receive your order later, it will be picked up the next day. This may mean that your tracking number will not be actively tracked until then.

Always take into account a delivery time of 2 to 3 days. If you place your order on Friday, you cannot expect it until Monday at the earliest since the courier service does not operate on Saturday and Sunday.

If you are ordering from the Netherlands, France or Germany you should also take into account Belgian legal holidays.

It can sometimes happen that our web shop is undergoing maintenance which means that some functions are temporarily not working. First of all, try refreshing your page. If the problem persists we advise you to contact us via the contact button at the bottom of this page or via support@zwembad.shop . Our technical support will contact you as soon as possible to help you further.

There is no physical store present. However, you can always contact us for a pick-up in the warehouse in Evergem. When placing an order you can choose the option: free pickup in our warehouse. If you place an order in our webshop from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm, your order will immediately be prepared by dispatch. As soon as you have been notified by e-mail that your order is ready, you can pick it up 24/24. Keep in mind that when you place an order outside office hours it will be ready for pickup the next day from 9 am. If you place an order during the weekend it will only be available the following Monday from 9 am.

Collections from our warehouse are always given priority.
