Should we still not come to an agreement together via our personal complaint service on +32 (0) 9 298 08 74, the contact form or via support@zwembad.shop. Then you as a consumer can contact Safeshops.be. Safeshops.be will mediate between you as consumer and us, if your complaint is accepted by them. Only complaints submitted via the complaint form on https://www.safeshops.be/nl/consumers-complaints/ will be handled. This way, this label organization immediately has all the correct data to further handle your complaint.

Other dispute arrangements

Don't worry, at Pool.shop you get the best service. It happens regularly that the courier services let you know that a package has been delivered but that they only make the delivery the next day. Very annoying! We ask you to be patient for one more day. If the package still has not arrived, please contact us via our contact page. We will do everything we can to help you as soon as possible!

May we ask that you already complete and forward the following document, so we can process your request faster.

That an order arrives damaged can unfortunately happen sometimes, we apologize in advance! We will do everything we can to get you out of trouble as soon as possible. Because we work with an external courier service we also need some things from you.

Please send us the following photos of the package:
- Label and warning stickers at the top
- Outer box in its entirety
- Packaging provided at the top in the box
- Photo of the damaged product in the box as well as out (if possible)
- Packaging around the product.
- Packaging on the bottom of the box.

This way, we can file a claim with the courier service in question.

Of course, please also contact us to review the claim and find a solution. This can be done via our chat at the bottom right or via the contact page. We make every effort to provide you with not only the fastest possible service, but more importantly, the best possible service.

Annoying to hear that a product is not entirely to your liking. Of course you may always return the products within 14 days. Please send an email to support@zwembad.shop with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Products you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We review each return individually to avoid unnecessary returns. As soon as your return has been approved, we will send you a return label and as soon as we have received your return, we will refund it using the same method that you used to pay for your order.
