Inorganic chlorine has a stronger effect than traditional (organic) chlorine. The inorganic chlorine also contains no stabilizers so the water becomes perfectly maintainable in the long run. Inorganic chlorine is always used by pool builders because of its fast and strong action.

CTX Metal stop can also be used in your spa. Always take the correct dosage into account. The correct dosage can be found on the packaging.

Other than the number given and the gray or blue exterior/cover, these pool robots are identical. The models in question are the OA and RA models. Zodiac has chosen to sell them under a separate series and color to be able to answer any market demand. When it comes to technology, there is no difference.

- Check your cuvettes for scratches before each measurement, these scratches can harbor residue from previous samples and thus affect the new sample.

- Always check the expiration dates of your reagents. Reagents that are past their expiration date will no longer have the same

- Wash out your cuvettes with demineralized water after each sample.

- Always respect the reaction time required before reading the result. Each measured parameter has its reaction time.

- Always remove fingerprints from the cuvettes before placing them in the measuring device.

- Always keep in mind the temperature of the water. We recommend room temperature to take your measurements. Do make sure the pool water does not exceed 32°C and spa water does not exceed 37°C.

- Always take your sample at least 30cm below the water surface. Make sure not to take your sample near a jet stream.

Incorrect values can be due to several factors. Below we have provided a small list of things to watch for when taking a measurement.

The problem of an E002 message is caused by an excessively high output current. This is more common in situations where there are many voltage fluctuations on the electrical network. You can fix this by connecting the pump to another group via an extension cord, for example.

This option is not activated and this cannot be done.

The iSaver 1100 and iSaver 2200 do indeed visually have multiple output relays, however, they are not activated and this option is not possible. The manufacturer chose to make 1 mold for different types. For now, we only sell the types with 1 active output.

An iSaver turns a non-variable pump into a variable pump. This means it will pay for itself in the long run since your pump does not always have to run at maximum power. Of course we cannot calculate exactly how much you will save as this depends on your pump as well as your consumption. We have heard from customers that with current energy prices they have already earned back the cost of the device after only 2 months.

The iSaver 2200 is suitable for all pumps with 2.2 Kw and 12 amp power and everything below. You can always find the technical data of your pump by doing a quick google search based on the type of pump you have. If you are not sure you can always inquire via our customer service.

The iSaver 1100 is suitable for all pumps with 1.1Kw and 6 amp power and everything below. You can always find the technical data of your pump by doing a quick google search based on the type of pump you have. If you are not sure you can always inquire through our customer service.

Most disinfectants work with O-Care, if you are used to using bromine and you like it, do not change.

Most disinfectants work with O-Care, if you are used to using chlorine and like it, don't change.

This is not a problem, but be sure to turn on the pumps for better mixing. The reason for adding No. 1 first and then No. 2 makes O-Care more soluble. If you add No. 2 first, it may take a little longer for the water to clear.

O-Care will make water maintenance a lot easier but one product that does everything unfortunately does not exist. Water maintenance is a form of chemistry and water balancing and disinfection are two different things that depend on many factors.

Yes, O-Care consists of minerals and it is not harmful to you even if you have just added it and the water is still a little murky.

A box of O-Care lasts from 2 to 5 months, depending on the volume of your hot tub or spa. Check how much water is in your hot tub or spa, then find the amount you need on the dosage chart found on the bottle and in the manual. You should always add the same amount of O-Care #1 as O-Care #2.

We recommend using a pipe cleaner and changing the water before you start, this way you have a reasonable base to start with. This is also mentioned in the manual in the box.

The pump is connected directly to the iSaver. This controls the pump in time. If the frost protection then cuts the power to the iSaver, the pump automatically shuts down as well.

There is sometimes some confusion on the manual, people talk about the "Boost heat" option.
However, this option is only available for the W'eau Full-inverters and not for the mini-inverters.

The error code E20 means: abnormal failure of the inverter module.
After this error code, the heat pump will give a second, more specific error code. Below is an overview of the most common error codes:

Error code E20 + 288

  1. Heat pump installation is too close to a wall or obstacle. Front and/or rear.
  2. The installation space where the pump is located is too small
  3. The ambient temperature is too high, causing the high temperature for the IPM module.
  4. A fault in the fan motor. Check if the fan motor is running in normal condition, if the fan is not running, check the fan motor wiring or try a new fan motor replacement.

Didn't find a solution?

Of course, it is always possible that there is a malfunction of the heat pump. If the solution is not mentioned in the above known error codes, please contact us. We will look for the right solution together.

No, Heatsavr does not affect water quality. If you use Heatsavr, you should add the same amounts of salt or chlorine to the water.

Heatsavr is made from natural raw materials.

You can store Heatsavr in a sealed container indefinitely. We recommend not using an open package for more than a year.

Yes, Heatsavr consists of substances found in nature. Heatsavr complies with European directives and can therefore be used safely in your swimming pool. You also do not need to wear protective clothing when dosing Heatsavr.

If you have purchased a new device, you should always remove the plastic partition that protects the batteries. Sometimes you have to unscrew the top of the device. If you still have problems with your device, please contact us via the chat at the bottom right or via the contact page.

There is no difference between the two products other than the naming. The difference in naming is due to different import regulations within different countries. Because of this, the same product can sometimes have one or more names.

Adding too much AquaFinesse® can have a detrimental effect on your filters. Depending on the amount added, it may be necessary to completely empty the spa, add new water and clean the filters. Be sure to always follow the instructions for use correctly.

AquaFinesseTM normally comes with chlorine tablets and a dispenser that slowly releases the chlorine. In addition, you can of course choose chlorine granules or bromine. This depends on your personal preference and your spa manufacturer's recommendations.

AquaFinesse® can be used in any spa, old and new. The only requirement is that your spa is equipped with an effective filtration system (removable/cleanable filters). This system must also be able to provide water circulation through the filters for a minimum of 4 hours per day.
