We do not have a repair service ourselves. All repairs are carried out by the manufacturer, either directly or through us. You can find more information regarding warranty and repairs via the link below.

We do not carry out maintenance ourselves and do not work together with a company that provides pool maintenance. At Pool.shop, besides advice, we only offer goods that are needed for the maintenance and/or correct operation of your pool. The range of maintenance services has become so large that we have chosen to no longer recommend companies. We can only advise you to do a quick Google search to see who is active in your area. You should of course always choose someone who is certified for this and/or already has extensive experience.

We always try to assist you as quickly as possible. We are currently still a small team, which means it may sometimes take a little longer to respond during busier periods. We would therefore like to thank you in advance for your understanding.

There is no physical shop. However, you can always come to us for collection at our warehouse in Evergem. When placing an order, you can choose the option: free collection at our warehouse. If you place an order in our webshop from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, your order will be prepared immediately by dispatch. As soon as you have received an email confirming that your order is ready, you can collect it 24/7. Please note that if you place an order outside office hours, it will only be prepared the following day from 9am. If you place an order during the weekend, it will only be available from 9am on the following Monday.

Collections at our warehouse always receive priority.
