Inorganic chlorine has a stronger effect than traditional (organic) chlorine. The inorganic chlorine also contains no stabilizers so the water becomes perfectly maintainable in the long run. Inorganic chlorine is always used by pool builders because of its fast and strong action.

There is no difference between the two products other than the naming. The difference in naming is due to different import regulations within different countries. Because of this, the same product can sometimes have one or more names.
