Dosage of Melpool chlorine tablets 20 grams

10 tablets for 30 - 35m³ of water every 5 - 8 days. Dosage can vary greatly due to temperature and bath use. Dissolution rate may vary greatly according to water flow.

Maintain chlorine levels between 1 and 2 ppm in stabilized water and between 0.5 and 2 ppm in non-stabilized water.
An amount of 17 g in 10 m³ of water increases the chlorine content by 1 ppm (mg/l).

For the chlorine to work properly, the Ph value (acidity of the water) should be between 7.2 and 7.6 than. Should it be too high lower your Ph value to ensure that your disinfection can work properly.

Organic chlorine contains a stabilizer that keeps sunlight from breaking down the active effects of chlorine. Place your chlorine tablet in your pool's skimmer or place it in a floater. Never just throw the tablet into the pool. The chlorine released where the tablet lies can corrode the film. This can create an unsightly stain in your pool liner.
