These expertly dried and packaged birch branches retain their fragrance. Enjoy the circulation-enhancing effects of a massage with these birch branches all year round. Soak the whisk before going to the sauna. Remove the packaging, but leave the gauze around the whisk. First soak the whisk in lukewarm water for 20 to 25 minutes. Carefully loosen the mesh and leave the whisk in warm (not hot) water for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Put fresh water in the sauna bucket in front of the whisk. The warm water the branches have been sitting in works well as sauna steam and gives the sauna a pleasant smell. You can start using the whisk when your skin has warmed up nicely.
After the sauna, rinse the whisk lightly and let it hang in a cool, dry place. You can use it again following the same instructions. In the sauna, do not leave the whisk on the benches or heater.
