Astral Blue Connect PLUS salt water tester - Smart Water Tester
The Connect PLUS salt water tester with app is easy to use, you just need to turn on the water tester and connect it to your phone. This connection is possible in three different ways, Bluetooth, Sigfox and WiFi. For local connection, you use Bluetooth. Connection from a longer distance is by default via the Sigfox network. Almost everywhere in the Netherlands and Belgium this network is available. To connect via WiFi, use the BlueConnect WiFi extender. This extender is not included, but is available separately.
Blue Riiot app
This free app is available for download on iOS and Android devices. Through this app, you can read the main parameters of your pool's water quality, such as temperature, salinity and pH and ORP/REDOX values. The ORP/Redox value gives you insight on the disinfection capacity of the water. Then the app tells you in steps what you need to do to get and maintain the values right. With the Blue Connect PLUS salt water tester, you get a Blue Expert Mode subscription so you can read even more data. For example, the subscription also gives you weather information. In addition, you have the ability to look back at previous readings.
Note: Always store the probe (sensor at the bottom of the device) in a humid environment. When removing the device from the water, screw it onto the storage base filled with KCI (saturated potassium chloride), pH4 or, as a very last resort, pool water.
