Hayward Powerline pool pump 16 m³
The Hayward Powerline is a reliable pool pump, specially designed for smaller in-ground and above-ground pools. This pump offers an excellent price-quality ratio and is an ideal entry-level model within the Hayward range. The pump runs at a fixed speed and is positioned above the water level. The Hayward Powerline 16 m³ performs optimally at low resistance, which means that the distance between the pool and the pump should be limited to a maximum of 3 metres. Thanks to the efficient motor with thermal protection, this pump operates relatively quietly and energy-efficiently.
For which pools?
The Hayward Powerline 16 m³ is suitable for:
- Pools up to 72 m³ at low resistance
- Pools up to 64 m³ at medium resistance
- Pools up to 44 m³ at high resistance
For the best result, we recommend using the pump primarily at low resistance, for example with medium-length piping (5 to 10 metres) and limited height differences. Make sure you always install the pump above the water level.
Key features
The Hayward Powerline is equipped with thermal protection, which automatically cuts off the power supply when the pump becomes too hot. In addition, you can optionally connect this pump to a frequency controller, allowing you to run the pump at different speeds to save even more energy. The pump has limited external control options; this means it can only be linked to a brand-specific control unit or via direct power switching.
Connecting the pool pump
The pump is fitted with a standard 50 mm connection and is supplied complete with a plug. This allows you to install and use the pump immediately.
