The Hayward Powerline is a reliable pool pump, specially designed for smaller built-in and above-ground pools. This pump is known for its excellent price-quality ratio and is a perfect entry-level model within Hayward's range. The pump runs at a fixed speed and is placed above the water level. The Hayward Powerline 13 m³ performs optimally at low resistance, meaning that the distance between the pool and the pump should be limited to a maximum of 3 metres. Thanks to the efficient motor with thermal protection, this pump operates relatively quietly and energy-efficiently.
For which pools?
We recommend the Hayward Powerline pool pump for pools up to 52 m³. The pump delivers the best performance at low resistance, making it ideal for medium-length pipework (5 to 10 metres) and limited height differences. Please note that you should always install the pump above the water level.
The Hayward Powerline 13 m³ is suitable for:
- Pools up to 60 m³ at low resistance
- Pools up to 52 m³ at medium resistance
- Pools up to 36 m³ at high resistance
For the best performance, we recommend using it at low resistance, such as medium-length pipework (5 to 10 metres) and limited height differences. Remember that this pump must be placed above the water level.
Key features
The Hayward Powerline is equipped with thermal protection. As soon as the pump reaches its maximum temperature, it automatically switches itself off to prevent damage. In addition, you can optionally connect this pump to a frequency controller. This allows you to run the pump at different speeds, which is beneficial for energy savings. The pump has limited external control, meaning it can only be switched via a brand-specific control unit or directly via the power supply.
