The Hayward SuperPump SP2622 is a powerful and reliable pool pump known for its quality, durability and ease of use. This pump operates at a fixed speed and is intended for installation above the water level. The SuperPump performs optimally in pools with average resistance, where the distance between the pool and the pump is between 5 and 10 metres. Thanks to the powerful motor, it is possible to connect a vacuum cleaner that retains sufficient suction power. We recommend this pump for pools up to 86 m³ – an investment in years of carefree swimming enjoyment.
Which pools is this pump suitable for?
The Hayward SuperPump SP2622 is extremely suitable for medium-sized to larger pools with average resistance in the piping system. Think of pipes between 5 and 10 metres long and limited height differences. The pump offers sufficient power to also drive a manual vacuum cleaner without any problems.

Key functions and features
An important advantage of this pool pump is the ability to connect it to a frequency converter. This allows you to adjust the rotation speed and save energy when maximum capacity is not needed. The pump has limited external control, meaning operation mainly takes place manually on the pump itself. Thanks to the transparent lid, you can see at a glance whether the filter basket needs to be emptied. This basket is also fairly large, meaning you need to clean it less often. The integrated thermal protection protects the pump against overheating by automatically switching off the power if the temperature rises too high.
Installation and connection
The pump is supplied as standard without couplings. Therefore, check the diameter of your piping carefully and order two 1.5” couplings for the suction and discharge sides. No plug is supplied either. For safe installation, we recommend ordering a suitable plug separately. This way you can connect and put the pump into use correctly straight away.
