What immediately makes this waist towel practical is the sturdy Velcro fastening. Whereas with an ordinary towel you constantly have to adjust and hold on to it, you simply wrap the Rento Kenno around your waist once, press the Velcro shut and you're done: it just stays in place. You can walk around the sauna area relaxed, cool down and lounge afterwards without worrying about it slipping.
The Kenno was designed in Finland and is specially intended for men who want to cool down comfortably after a sauna session. At 70 by 145 cm, it has exactly enough length to wrap generously around the waist.
Soft material made of recycled cotton
The towel is made of 75% recycled cotton and 25% polyester. That recycled cotton gives the fabric a natural softness and a lively, somewhat richer texture that you can feel immediately. A pleasant bonus: the towel dries quickly, so it doesn't feel damp and heavy between two sauna sessions. The wide chambray edge completes the design — cosy, yet with a refined, elegant look.
Washing and care
Wash the towel briefly before first use. Before washing, carefully close the Velcro so that it doesn't catch on the fabric, and wash it separately on a delicate programme at 40°C. Keep in mind that the towel’s size may shrink by about 5%; pull it back into shape while damp after washing. Ironing is allowed at medium temperature. Tumble drying and dry cleaning are not recommended.
