Goldenflok Clarifier 0.5kg – Piscimar (PM-613)
What truly makes this Goldenflok from Piscimar special is that it does not sink to the bottom. With many classic flocculants, the dirt settles on the bottom of your pool, after which you have to vacuum everything up and flush it down the drain. Goldenflok takes a different approach: it enlarges the particles so that your filter catches them and removes them via the skimmers or overflow. The result? Crystal-clear water, less water loss and much less work for you.
It is a super-concentrated clarifier based on organic polymers, which clumps together fat, sun lotion, pollen, organic material and fine suspended particles until they are large enough to be filtered out.
Why it works so well in practice
Goldenflok is active at the water surface and throughout the entire water volume. It is precisely that combination that makes cloudy or milky water clear quickly. Because the coagulates do not settle on the bottom, you don't need to vacuum endlessly and you don't flush away precious water. A nice bonus: with regular use, it also prevents the unpleasant grease line on the waterline, so you have much less scrubbing to do.
Suits your system
You can combine Goldenflok without worry with virtually any filter system — sand or silex, glass beads, diatomaceous earth, cartridge and zeolite. It also works without any problems with an automatic pool cleaner. This makes it an excellent pool maintenance product that can take the place of traditional flocculants.
How to dose it
First rinse your filter clean, then spread the product evenly over the entire water surface. Then let it filter for 4 to 8 hours and clean your filter as soon as the pressure gauge indicates you should. As a guideline:
- Very cloudy or milky water: 0.25 L per 100 m³, repeat every 24 hours until the water is clear.
- Cloudy, heavily loaded water: 0.15 L per 100 m³, once a week.
- Cloudy, lightly loaded water: 0.15 L per 100 m³, once every two weeks.
