Nothing is as annoying as water turning green or cloudy from one day to the next. With Bayrol Clarifyer Desalgine, you prevent algae and keep your pool clear and inviting. It is a concentrated, non-foaming anti-algae agent that provides continuous protection: it inhibits algae growth before you can see it with the naked eye, while the clarifying effect (the “clarifyer” in the name) gives your water that extra crystal-clear touch.

I gladly recommend this product to anyone who prefers prevention to cure. By adding a small dose weekly, you simply give algae no chance and save yourself a lot of work and shock treatments later on. The formula is pH-neutral, contains no copper sulphate and is safe for your liner and lining. Moreover, it works together with all common disinfectants, so you don't have to overhaul your current maintenance routine with chlorine or other products.

How to use it

When starting up your pool, pour 150 ml per 10 m³ of water in front of the inlet jets, with filtration running, and then let the filter run for another two hours or so. After that, keep it simple with a weekly maintenance dose: 50 ml per 10 m³ for an outdoor pool and 30 ml per 10 m³ for an indoor pool. Already seeing algae appear? First brush the walls, clean your filter, carry out a normal shock treatment and then add 250 ml per 10 m³. In warm weather, thunderstorms or heavy use of the pool, you may increase the dose somewhat, as algae simply get more chance then.

Keep in mind that good algae control goes hand in hand with sufficient filtration: run your pump daily, as a rule of thumb for at least a number of hours equal to the water temperature divided by two.
