Avady Propilot Duo automatic pH and redox control
The Avady Propilot Duo is an advanced dosing system that fully automatically controls the pH value and redox (chlorine) of your pool. This means you no longer need to dose and check manually. Thanks to the clear display, you always stay informed about the current water values. The system can add up to 1.5 litres of chemicals per hour via the supplied dosing hoses. In addition, the built-in dosing protection ensures that too much chemical never enters the water. A smart and safe solution for a perfectly maintained pool.
Measuring and dosing
To keep the water quality perfect, it is essential that the correct amounts of pH or chlorine products are added. The Avady Propilot Duo is equipped with high-quality sensors for this purpose, which continuously measure the current pH and redox values. Based on this data, the system automatically determines how much correction agent is needed to maintain the balance in the pool water.
Calibrating for accurate measurements
For reliable operation, it is necessary to calibrate the sensors before using the system. You do this using the supplied buffer fluids. Correct calibration ensures accurate analysis of the water values and guarantees an optimally functioning dosing system.
Required chemicals
To work with the Avady Propilot Duo, you need the following chemicals:
- Chlorine: sodium hypochlorite between 12.5% and 15% (liquid chlorine)
- Acid: sulphuric acid around 15% (the higher the concentration, the less needed) – You can make this yourself with the Dilutabs.
