Oval pool liners: the perfect fit for your steel-wall pool
Pool liners for oval pools are specially designed to fit seamlessly to the shape of your pool. The liner ensures the water stays within the steel structure, protects the wall against leaks and gives your pool a neat, smooth finish.
Unlike round pools, an oval shape requires a precise fit. That's why it's important to choose a liner that exactly matches the dimensions of your pool, in length, width and height. At Pool.shop you'll find a wide range of oval liners in various sizes, colours and thicknesses, suitable for both above-ground and in-ground pools.
Material and thickness: what can you expect?
Our oval pool liners are made of high-quality PVC and resistant to UV radiation, chlorine and temperature fluctuations. Depending on your preference and intensity of use, you choose a thickness of, for example, 0.4 mm (standard), 0.6 mm (sturdier) or 0.8 mm (extra durable). The thicker the liner, the better it withstands tearing, deformation and discolouration.
Most liners are blue in colour, which gives the water a fresh and clear appearance. However, grey or mosaic variants are also available, giving your pool a more modern or luxurious look.
Easy installation with overhang or overlap profile
Oval pool liners are usually supplied with an overhang or overlap profile. With an overhang profile, you hang the liner over the steel wall and clamp it under the metal top rail. With an overlap profile, you use a separate fixing profile that slides over the edge of the wall. Both systems are easy to install, especially when the liner is fitted in warm weather — the material is then more supple and easier to shape into place.
Replace or renew? Pool.shop helps you choose
Over time, a liner can wear or discolour, especially with intensive use or prolonged exposure to sunlight. A new liner is then the quickest way to make your pool look like new again. At Pool.shop, you'll find oval pool liners in all common sizes, including clear product specifications, so you can always find the right match for your pool.
