Drilling saddle of 63 mm from the brand Hanna Instruments. Includes sealing rubber and 4 bolts with nut in stainless steel. Can only be attached to hard PVC of 63 mm diameter. This drilling saddle is used for installing drain valves, injectors or probes.
Drilling saddle 63 mm
Drilling saddle for injector with a Ø of 63 mm. The drilling saddle is made of PVC and is clamped by stainless steel bolt with nut. The sealing rubber ensures that everything remains leak-proof. Inner connection of ½" - this connection is perfect for probes, drain valves or injectors.
Caution - do not overtighten the bolt and nut so that the tube is not pinched.
Work to be performed for placement
To install a tapping saddle, drill into the PVC pipe. Make that the opening is the same size as the opening of the tapping saddle. Then remove the burrs and sand lightly to have a good seal with the rubber O-ring.
