Hanna Instruments BL120-410 - Flow-through cell for BL12x / HI5x0 / HI98141x
The Hanna Instruments BL120-410 is a panel-mounted flow-through cell for use with Hanna BL12x, HI5x0 and HI98141x series pool controllers. The flow-through cell forms a bypass on the recirculation line: a small supply line directs a water sample toward the cell, where the pH/ORP/temperature electrode is mounted. The valve on the inlet allows the water supply to be interrupted for calibration or maintenance of the probe, without having to stop the recirculation pump.
Uninterrupted measurement, easy maintenance
For inline installation, the recirculation pump must be stopped to calibrate or replace the electrode. The BL120-410 flow-through cell solves this problem by placing the electrode in a lockable bypass. Simply close the valve on the inlet, and the probe is immediately accessible for calibration, cleaning or replacement - while the pool water continues to circulate. This saves time and reduces disruption to the disinfection process.
Widely used as part or upgrade
The BL120-410 is suitable both as a replacement part for existing installations and for expanding an inline system to a full flow-through cell configuration. The cell is compatible with all BL12x series controllers (BL120, BL121, BL122, BL123), the HI5x0 series and the HI98141x series from Hanna Instruments.
